Buyer is obliged to grant us a reasonable period of time for subsequent fulfilment which can be, at Buyer's choice, elimination of the defect (subsequent improvement) or the delivery of new goods. In case of elimination of the defect, the required costs shall be borne by us to the extent that they do not increase because the contractual good is in a place different from the place of performance.
