NFL-172
Welding wire NFL 172
Description:
NFL 172 is a standard welding wire for welding on cold and hot-work steels.
It is used for high consumption resistance on tools, which are exposed to high rubdown- pressure and high temperatures. Hardness increase of the welding deposit up to 50-54 HRC
after thermal treatment.
Material No.: 1.6356
Hardness: 32 - 35 HRC after Laser-welding
50 - 54 HRC after thermal treatment for 3 - 4 h / 480 °C
Recommended for the basic metal:
1.2343, 1.2344 and similar cold- and hot work steels
Analysis % - steels:
