NFL-114
Welding wire NFL 114
Description:
NFL 114 is a standard welding wire for welding on medium alloyed tool steels.
It is preferentially used for repair of form cavitations of the metals 1.2311, 1.2312, 1.2162, 1.2738. The welding deposit is erodable, polishable, chromium platable, etchable and heat treatable. More Chrome and less Carbon than 110 Cr make better standing against corrosion.
Material – No.: Special alloy
Tensile strenght: > 650 N/mm²
Streching up to: > 15 %
Recommended for the basic metal:
1.2082, 1.2083, 1.2343, 1.2344, 1.2367, 1.2606 and others
Analysis % - steels:
C |
Cr |
Fe |
Mn |
Mo |
Si |
0.06 |
5.30 |
Rest |
0.30 |
0.50 |

The technical results are dependent on the extent of mingling to the basic materials and also an indication of the process engineering.
