NFL-160
Welding wire NFL 160
Description:
NFL 160 is a standard welding wire for welding on cold and hot-work steels.
It is used for high consumption resistance on tools, which are exposed to high rubdown pressure and high temperatures. For example drop forge, awl roller and hot trimming dies.
Material No.: 1.3348
Hardness: 60-64 HRC
Softened 820°C: approx. 235 HB
Recommended for the basic metal:
1.3316, 1.3333, 1.3344, 1.3346, and others, also for PM steels, high speed steels and alloy special steels.
Analysis % - steels:

0.90 |
4.50 |
Rest |
0.30 |
